大口径电动调节阀选择的一种替代方法

【中文摘要】 等百分比调节阀口径一般较小,当需要大口径调节阀时,实际工程中会采用调节型蝶阀来替代。而蝶阀的调节性能差,运行波动很大,不能用在需要稳定控温的场合。因此,可以采用开关蝶阀与小口径调节阀组合的方式来实现精确控温。本文介绍了阀门的调节特性,并以具体实例对组合阀门的使用进行了分析。

【英文摘要】 Normally,the diameter of equal percentage adjusting valve is quite small.When a big adjusting valve is required in a project,the adjusting butterfly valve can be fully in place of the equal percentage adjusting valve.However,the butterfly valve's control performance is poor with dramatic vibration.So it isn't applicable on occasions need stablely controlled temperature.In reality the on-off butterfly valve works with a small adjusting valve could achieve accurate temperature control.This article introduced the regulating characteristics of valves and deeply analysed the application of the combined valves in various cases.
