【摘要】 介绍一种基于S7200的PLC和变频器及TD200组成的恒压供热系统,应用了模糊控制技术,较好的克服了传统PID控制中稳定性差、参数调整困难的问题。它包括加热控制和恒压供水两大子系统。详细分析了系统设计方案,阐述了系统组成和工作原理,给出了详细的流程图,并给出了在PLC上实现模糊控制的方法及相应的参数设置及调整。结果表明取得了较好的效益,提高了供水质量,有一定的节能效果。
