【摘要】 分析了水冷螺杆机组冷却水系统节能控制的工作原理;对两种通过调节水流量来实现节能的方法进行比较,并进一步提出了通过变频器调节水流量的控制依据;将变频节能控制方法应用于实际销售的机组中,取得了很好的效果。
【英文摘要】 Principle of the energy efficiency control method to cooling water system of screw chilled water units was analyzed in this paper. Comparing two methods of adjusting flow rate to energy-efficiency, control strategy was put forward by the water flow rate control with frequency-converter. Much better results were obtained by the sold units used of the control strategy.
