【摘要】 针对当地的能源条件和能源价格,对该商业建筑提供两种可行的中央空调冷热源方案,通过初投资、运行费用、节能减排效益分析比较表明,直燃机方案最合适该建筑,不仅能满足商业建筑冬季采暖和夏季制冷的需要,而且具有明显的节能减排效果。

【英文摘要】 For the local energy conditions and prices,provides two possible sources of the heat and cold central air-conditionning programme.Through the initial investment and operating costs,energy emissions-benefit analysis showed that the direct-fired unit is the most suitable programme,not only meets the commercial building winter heating and summer cooling needs,but also has significant energy-saving and emission reduction effect.
