Simulation and Analysis of Air Distribution in the Typical SPF Laboratory Animal Room

This paper simulates air distribution in the SPF laboratory animal room at the statuses of empty, transverse and vertical placed laboratory animal cages, analyzes the idiographic characteristics of those kinds air distribution, and compares the stand and fall among them. This paper also analyzes the relation between the air distribution and contamination distribution in the laboratory animal room, draws some conclusions and give some advises about how to optimize the air distribution in the laboratory animal room.
