低温冷库电热融霜与热气融霜的对比试验研究

【摘要】 对低温实验冷库进行了电热融霜和热气融霜实验。阐述在不同库温情况下两种融霜方式的实验过程,从融霜阶段库内温度场变化、系统耗能等角度,分析了两种融霜方式的优劣,得出:热气融霜较电热融霜明显地具有对库内温度场影响小、耗能低的突出优点,并且库温越低,优越性越显著。实验为低温冷库的融霜研究提供了有效依据。
【英文摘要】 The experiment on the performance of electricity defrosting and hot gas defrosting was conducted at different storage temperatures in an experimental cold storage,respectively.The influence of each defrosting method on the cold storage was analyzed on the basis of the storage temperature distribution during defrosting and the power consumption of the system.The results show that compared with electricity defrosting,hot gas defrosting affects slightly the storage temperature distribution in the cold storage ...
