【摘要】 针对某汽车空调换热器钎焊生产流水线冷却段冷却降温不能达到工艺要求,用传热学原理对冷却段进行传热理论分析和计算,得出冷却段不能满足工艺要求的原因和改造所需要的结构参数。

【英文摘要】 The present situation is that the cooling section of braze furnace fails to meet the technical requirement on temperature drop.Based on the principle of heat transfer,this paper gives out a theoretic analysis and calculation about the reason of the failure and the necessary configuration parameters for rebuilding. 附件下载
