TVOC Emissions and Elimination from an HVAC-System

In this paper, the total volatile organic concentration (TVOC) in a mall has been investigated. Furthermore, the possible cause of indoor air pollution and its impact on the health, comfort and productivity of the building occupants are discussed. The TVOC intensity of the air before and after each component of the system is assessed. Supply air rate and velocity can influence the TVOC. In order to improve indoor air quality, high efficiency filter is essential. Moreover, infrared ray and high temperature can also reduce TVOC obviously.
