Study of Uncertainties in Evaluation Indicator System for Ecological Residential Community

Large amounts of uncertainties in indicator system for evaluation established for ecological residential community are analyzed. Based on the uncertainty analysis, the construction principle of the indicator system for evaluation is established, with elastic principal as mainstay. It is pointed out that ecological residential community evaluation improved on well-to-do residential community with adding item of ecological risk assessment as well as the threshold value of contributory rate which is the Per-capita consumption of energy sources to environmental pollution. Following the elasticity, hiberarchy and maneuverability, a three-level evaluation indicator system for ecological residential community including 5 subsystems (ecological resident, ecological technology, ecological landscape, construction project and management of community, ecological culture) and 24 indices have been established by the method of AHP in WEN LING ecological residential community.
