开启式压缩机两种工质变转速工况下容积效率的实验研究

【摘要】 选用某种容积式压缩机在变转速工况下进行了两种工质压缩机的性能实验,得出了不同工况(压缩比)对容积效率的影响以及转速变化的影响,存在一个最佳转速或转速范围使容积效率达到最大值。用实验数据拟合出了两种工质压缩机变转速工况下的容积效率关联式,计算结果与实验数据的平均误差在5%以内,拟合公式具有一定的可信度。

【英文摘要】 In this study,experiments on the performance of an open-type compressor were conducted with two different working substances at various speed.The influences of compression ratio and speed on the volumetric efficiency were obtained,and there was an optimum speed or optimum speed range to yield a maximum volumetric efficiency.The compressor volumetric efficiency was formulated with the experimental data.The average deviation between the experimental data and the calculated values was less than 5%.
