Monitoring and Analysis of Total Volatile Organic Compound

The effective management system of controlling indoor environment pollutant step by step are founded for further control and maintaining indoor air quality (IAQ). Based on “civil building indoor environment pollution control regulation” (“regulation” for abbreviation) being issued by ministry of construction P.R.China on Jan.1st.2002. Monitoring indoor environment pollutant of several projects in Beijing was carried out. Total Volatile Organic Compound (TVOC) concentrations of indoor organic contaminant in each measured node and also the standard gas at the same condition are measured by gas chromatography; the results are analyzed through special calculation program of gas concentration.
