This paper mainly researches the dynamic traits of the temperature regulating dehumidifiers subsystems such as compressor, cooler (air, water of air-water), throttle valve and vaporizer. As a result, the system of the temperature regulating dehumidifiers obtains the maximum of saving energy, and the optimization designs and dynamic emulations are completed on the computer. The accuracy and creditability of the models and their dynamic emulations have been verified by experiments
