The Diagnosis and Analysis for Fan Operation of Dedusting System in Iron-smelting Plant

In our country's steel and iron enterprises, the dedusting systems in many Iron-smelting Plants have been running for many years and the point of dust absorption has changed a lot. The air flow of the system is unbalanced. Then the quality, the operating mode and the designing mode of the fan all have a great many changes. Now, this paper chooses an Iron-smelting Plant of some steel and iron enterprise to indagate, and, analyses and determines the difference between the running status, the designing status and rated operating mode of the system’s fans. At the same time, it determines whether the fan in the system runs under the normal and economizing energy status or not. Then, this paper puts forward the method of improving this system and these results also have some meanings in guiding other dedusting systems.
