It is the most direct and effective method about the assurance of the outside air volume flow to improve the indoor air quality. As for the requirement of energy saving and indoor air quality nowadays, it seems that outside air volume flow and the outside air load are conflicting. It is debated about the situation and prospects of the rotary heat recovery equipment in China, and the simple analysis on limited factors, and brings forward some solve measures scheme. It can be referred in the application.
