空调器性能测试平台测量不确定度的研究
【中文摘要】 从焓差法空调器性能测试平台的实际运用出发,运用误差传递理论,推导了各参数的标准不确定度的方程式,以及各参数测量精度对换热量测量的影响。结果表明:对空调器性能测试结果影响最大的是室内机侧出风口的湿球温度的测量精度,其次是进风口的干球温度及喷嘴前后差压值的测量精度。因此,对于室内机侧出风口的湿球温度及喷嘴前后差压的测量,应尽可能地采用精度高的传感器,而其它测点可以采用精度较低一点的传感器,以达到初投资和测量精度的优化。
【英文摘要】 The uncertainty of parameters measurement was derived using the theory of error transfer for an air conditioner performance-testing bench.The in?uence of the parameter measurement accuracy on the heat transfer measurement was analyzed.The results show that the measurement accuracy of the wet bulb temperature at the outlet of the indoor unit is the most significant factor affecting the test results,and the following factors are the measurement accuracy of the dry bulb temperature at the inlet and that of the pressure difference in front and at the back of the nozzle.
