On the base of analyzing the problems existed in the process of designing refrigerating station, the paper presents the dynamic parameters technology of drawing and builds the classification diagram of parameters database of refrigerating equipment. The key steps was put forward for designing the equipment database and using the demanded parameters that can be gotten from the database based on Internet.
