The paper studies the main factors affecting weather parameters and the various rules with time and space, then gives the mathematics model and diagram describing the functional relation of dynamic temperature, humidity and sunlight radiation intensity on standard day for train air conditioning. Based on the simplified physics model of train’s motion, gives the curves of dynamic temperature and air conditioning load, draws up corresponding computer programs for calculating dynamic load with the const indoor air parameters, and analyses Train T15 and T91 as examples.
