RESEARCH ON CONTROLLING OF HEATING SYSTEM FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Besides the insulation of residential building enclosures, the automatic controls for heating system of residential buildings combined with heating measurement device are also important ways for the energy conversation of buildings. In china, the statistic shows that the energy saving for heating energy consumption of residential buildings can up to 20% by automatic control. In this article, we discuss the current automatic control devices and system methods for residential buildings from radiator to substation and give a rough picture of control model for residential heating system. The inner building energy saving is focused on the use of the free heat emitted by appliances or provided by sunlight and human body.
