低温半导体温差发电循环的工作性能分析

【中文摘要】 通过数值分析得到了温差发电循环稳定状态的温度场分布规律,并用发电效率、火用效率和输出功率三个评价指标计算分析了一个热电模块在多种工况下的工作性能随各指标的变化规律,为以后的深入研究提供很多有价值的理论依据。
【英文摘要】 The temperature field distribution of semiconductor thermoelectric module working on the Non-equilibrium stable condition is obtained by numerical simulation,the performance of thermoelectric module which work at multiple loading conditions is comprehensive evaluated with work efficiency、energy efficiency and output power,some valuable theory basis are provided.
