平翅片传热与流动特性的数值模拟

【摘要】 利用计算流体力学软件Fluent研究翅片管换热器的换热和压降特性。使用流固耦合准确确定翅片及管内外侧的传热边界条件,并利用场协同理论进行分析。将计算出的结果与试验结果进行比较。结果表明,数值模拟与实验结果吻合较好,数值计算可为换热器的结构优化和产品的研究开发提供依据。
【英文摘要】 Pressure drop and heat transfer performance of a flat fin were simulated with Fluent.In this paper,heat transfer boundary condition of fin and tube adjacent to air side was determined by means of liquid-solid coupled method for air-side heat transfer calculation.The results were analyzed based on field synergy theory.Numerical simulation results also were validated by limited experimental data on a fin-and-tube heat exchanger.It showed good tendency with experimental data.The technique may be suitable for o...
