This article makes comprehensive economic analysis of all kinds of ice-cooling storage air conditioning systems. From the perspective of the ice-cooling storage air conditioning load, it generalizes three possibilities out of the buildings of various syles, dimensions and uses under all kinds of climate conditions. It also makes fifteen technically possible design programs for the various situations above. Finally, with considering the electric charge policies, it comes to the conclusion on the selections of those design programs.
