【摘要】 通过分析中国现在的能源状况,提出了暖通空调节能的必要性,同时要做到暖通空调系统(简称HVAC系统)的节能,从暖通空调系统节能的源头即暖通空调系统常见故障抓起,通过分析国内外暖通空调系统故障检测与诊断(Fault Detection and diagnostics简称FDD)、空调系统性能调试(commissioning简称Cx)发展状况及存在的问题,并提出改进,最后提出用系统的观点来分析FDD、Cx与建筑节能之间的关系,以便更好得响应国家节能降耗的政策。

【英文摘要】 After analyzing the Chinese present energy condition,the paper has obtained that the HVAC energy conservation is necessary.In order to save energy,firstly,we must pick up the common trouble of HVAC system;secondly,the author analysis of domestic and international HVAC system FDD、Cx development situation and the existing problems,then make improvements,finally,we must treat their relation with systematic view,in order to fulfill the government policy of saving energy and reducing the cost.
